RULES

1. All fics must have at least one Snow Man's pairing as the main one. This is an exchange dedicated to Snow Man, so albeit you can add other characters and/or pairs (STARTO idols, OCs, etc.), at least one Snow Man pairing must be the focus.

2. You don't need a DW account to join the exchange. Just comment under the sign-up post with the "anon" option, and then state in your comment your username (either LJ, AO3, twitter, or else).

3. All fics must have a minimum of 1500 words and must be written in English. They also have to be beta-ed, so if you don't have a beta please tell us and we will find one for you when you hand in your assignment. 

4. To make the matching process easier, please state AT LEAST TWO pairings for what you want to receive and what not.

5. Please try to stick as much as possible to your recipient's likes and dislikes, respect their choices.

6. So, Raul. He's not a minor anymore, so from now on we will accept fictions where he's in adult contexts. However, some people may still feel uncomfortable in reading that, so we ask authors to state in their sign-up clearly if they don't want any depiction of Raul in any adult context. Note: Underage fics are still not accepted.

7. Since the main point of an exchange is gifting each other works anonymously, you CAN'T talk to your recipient until reveals happen. So, if you need to ask a question to your recipient, please contact us either by PM here, or by email snowexchange09@gmail or by sending a DM to our twitter @snow_exchange. Also, please keep your assignment a secret, so don't talk on social media openly about your fic since your recipient might find that out. If you want to talk about it, remember to be vague. 

8. When you submit your fic to our email (snowexchange09@gmail.com), remember to send us a file with all the HTML tags present. You can get it either by pasting the fic here or on Livejournal, or using sites like word to html. Also, please remember to insert the following header filled with all the details about your fic:

9. If you need some more time, contact us and we'll give you an extension. If you can't finish your assignment, please contact us as soon as possible. You can drop out anytime with no consequences, just make sure that you have a pinch-hitter. If you don't have one, please tell us immediately so we can find one for you.

FAQs

I have never joined an exchange. What is it about?
— A fix exchange is where authors write for each other. When signing-up, an author tells their preferences, likes, dislikes, scenarios, everything that can help the mods in matching them with a writer with the same tastes.

Can I ask for a pairing related to drama characters?
— Of course! You can list in your "Want to receive" any drama pairing/crossover you'd like.

Can I post my fic after the exchange?
— Yes. After the reveals, happening one week after the last fic has been posted, writers are free to post their fics wherever they like.

I don't write fanfics, is there any way I can support the exchange?
— You can spread our tweets to let others know, but more importantly is leaving comments! If you'd like to support the exchange and the writers, be sure to comment on the fics that will be posted ^^
